By car
Approach the city in direction ‘Stuttgart Zentrum’, ‘Hauptbahnhof’ (main railway station), Friedrichstraße (B 27 direction Tübingen), entrance ‘Geschwister-Scholl-Straße’.
By public transport
Use the city tram line U29 or U14 till ‘Börsenplatz’ or use the bus line no. 40 or 42 and get off at the stop ‘Katharinenhospital’.
By plane
The subway station 'S-Bahn' is located at level 1 of the Stuttgart Airport (signposted by ‘S’). You’ll need to buy a ticket for two zones to get to the University in the City Centre - please type in the code ‘002’ using the keyboard of the ticket automat. Pay by cash, debit or credit card. Please stamp the ticket before you enter the train – the (orange) stamping machines are located next to the escalators. Use then the S-Bahn line S2 or S3 in direction ‘Hauptbahnhof’ (main railway station) - the University is in walking distance from there. Alternatively use the city tram line U29 (direction Botnang) or U14 (direction Mühlhausen) from ‘Hauptbahnhof’ to ‘Börsenplatz’ or the bus line no. 40 (direction Vogelsang) or 42 (direction Erwin-Schoettle-Platz) and get off at the ‘Katharinenhospital’-stop.
